Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the 'add to basket' button for any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We charge a standard £3.50 to cover post and packing in the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us to check what rates apply for postage to your country.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away except where an item is out of stock or has suddenly become unavailable. In the event that your order cannot be processed immediately we will contact you to find out what you would like us to do. If the goods are in stock, you should expect to receive them within five working days of your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at the United Kingdom rate of 17.5%
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
